Successful completion of further training

Pascal Kunz successfully completed the CAS Real Estate Economics at zhaw in Zurich.

Thanks to his work experience and continuous training, Mr. Kunz is an expert for all phases of a real estate life cycle. Be it the project development of a property, its construction, its use or even its deconstruction.

Partial revision of the Spatial Planning Act

On 25 October 2018, the Grand Council of the Canton of Grisons adopted the partial revision of the Cantonal Spatial Planning Act. The most important changes and additions can be summarised as follows:

  • In the case of zoning (e.g. from agricultural zone to construction zone), a charge of 30% is levied on the added value. 75% of the levies are paid into a cantonal fund and 25% into the municipal coffers. 
  • Re-zoning and re-zoning (e.g. from commercial zone to residential zone or from residential zone 1 to residential zone 2) are not subject to a levy.
  • For new buildings of 4 apartments or more, at least one storey must be obstacle-free. From nine flats upwards, all flats must be accessible without obstacles.
