Who are we?

When our real estate company was founded over 55 years ago, the owner already felt a strong connection to the valley. The current generation runs the company in keeping with this tradition and these values. Niggli & Zala AG is one of the most established and long-standing real estate companies in the Upper Engadine. Founded in 1966 by Roman Niggli, the fiduciary and real estate company has been run and personally managed by the two owners Andry Niggli and Fabrizio Zala for over 25 years. Discretion paired with expertise and sustainable relationships are more important to us than acting for short-term gain. We actively promote and practise continuous training and further education. Our team consists of 21 employees and is based in Pontresina. We also operate a branch in St. Moritz and one in Poschiavo.
